From student to
proud owner
Ing arrived in the UK as a student at the King's School of English. In 2004, while studying Marketing at the University of Greenwich, she began working at a Thai restaurant in Brentford called Fat Boy. Today, she is the proud owner - and that same restaurant is now Ing Thai.
Two decades of passion. community, and authentic flavour. Every dish is made with the care and pride that only comes from a place this personal.
